LUCIDUS

YOUR INFORMATION

A direct line.
Handled with care.

This page explains what happens when you join the Lucidus email list.

What we collect

Your email address, first name if you choose to share it, signup time, and a record of your consent. We also save campaign tags from the link you use and the referring website when available, so we can understand how people find Lucidus. We discard the referring page’s path, query string, and fragment.

How we use it

To keep the Lucidus list and share emails about music, drops, and what’s next. We do not sell your signup information. Signing up does not create a paid membership or customer account.

Where it goes

Signup records are stored in the site’s database and can be exported by Lucidus to manage the list. The site’s hosting services process the information needed to serve this page and save your signup. No advertising pixels or analytics trackers are installed on this page.

Keeping the form usable

To limit automated submissions, the server uses short-lived request counters. When a network address is available, it is transformed into a keyed value that changes each hour; the signup database does not save the raw address. Old counters are removed as the form is used.

Your choice

Signing up is optional. After a new signup, you can save the private management link shown in your confirmation. Use it to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing removes you from the active list; a record of your choice is kept so we can respect it. When we send marketing emails, they will include an unsubscribe option.
